How booking works

How do I schedule a consultation at ANEWU?

Short answer

Book a consultation at ANEWU two ways: call (470) 288-9655 Monday through Saturday, or complete the request form on this page. Choose Buckhead, Cumming or Dawsonville, and our team follows up to confirm a time. The first consultation is free, and nothing is decided that day.

If you have ever wondered how to replace missing teeth without committing to anything first, this is where that starts. A consultation is a conversation and a 3D scan, not a sales appointment. You can read what to expect at your first visit before you send anything.

Most consultations are spent listening before any plan is recommended. If you already know you are looking at full arch dental implants, say so on the form and we will build the visit around that. If you are still weighing it up, patient stories show what other people came in for.

After you hit send

What happens after I request a consultation?

After you submit the form, an ANEWU team member calls to confirm your location, your time and anything you want the surgeon to know beforehand. At the visit you meet Dr. Abtin Shahriari, have a 3D scan taken, and go over a plan built from what that scan shows.

  1. 01

    You send the request

The form on this page reaches our scheduling team. Tell us your preferred office and what brought you in, and we plan the visit around that rather than a generic slot.

  2. 02

    We call to confirm

A team member confirms your time, answers anything urgent and tells you what to bring. If you are in pain, say so on that call and we will treat the visit accordingly.

  3. 03

    Your consultation and 3D scan

You meet your surgeon, have a 3D scan taken and talk through your options. The consultation is free, and there is no obligation to book treatment at the end of it.

Before you arrive

What to bring, and what to leave at home.

Five small things make a first appointment move faster. Nothing on this list is a requirement to be seen.

  • A photo ID, plus your dental or medical insurance card if you carry one.
  • A list of the medications you take, including supplements.
  • Any recent x-rays or scans from another office, if you have copies.
  • Your completed new patient forms, which save time at check in.
  • Your questions, written down. They are easy to forget once you are in the chair.
In pain today? Call (470) 288-9655 rather than using the form. Urgent situations are handled by phone so our team can find you the soonest available time.

You do not need a referral, and you do not need to have decided on treatment. Leave the late night research at home too. We would rather start from what is actually happening in your mouth than from what you read at midnight.

Cost and financing

Is the first consultation at ANEWU really free?

Yes. The first consultation at ANEWU is free, including the 3D scan your plan is built from. You are not charged for the visit and you are not committed to treatment afterward. Cost is discussed once there is an actual plan to price, not before.

That order is deliberate. Pricing a mouth nobody has scanned is guesswork, so the number follows the plan rather than setting it.

Does dental insurance cover dental implants?

Dental insurance typically does not cover implant treatment, though some plans contribute toward extractions or the restoration. ANEWU accepts CareCredit and Proceed Finance and can arrange a monthly payment plan before your procedure. Our team will help you read what your specific policy actually covers.

Bring your card to the consultation and we will go through it with you rather than guessing at it. Every implant financing option we work with is laid out in full on the financing page.

Can I finance treatment at ANEWU?

Yes. ANEWU works with CareCredit and Proceed Finance, and monthly payment plans are arranged before treatment begins rather than after. Visa, MasterCard and Discover are also accepted. The financing conversation happens at your free consultation, alongside the plan itself, so nothing waits for a second appointment.

If you have ever wondered whether you need to know your budget before you book, you do not. The plan comes first, the number comes second, and the payment options come after that.

Three Georgia offices

Where are ANEWU's three Georgia offices?

ANEWU has three Georgia offices: Buckhead at 3833 Roswell Rd. NE in Atlanta, Cumming at 425 Peachtree Parkway, and Dawsonville at 142 Prestige Ln. All three are open Monday through Saturday and share one phone number, (470) 288-9655. Pick whichever is easiest to reach on the form above.

Booking questions, answered.

The four things people ask most often before they send the form.

Call (470) 288-9655

No. You can request a consultation directly through this page or by phone, with no referral of any kind. ANEWU also treats patients sent over by their general dentist, and referring offices have their own page with case submission details.

Yes. Facial aesthetics at ANEWU is led by Dr. Arshia Payman, MD, and you can request that consultation through the same form. Note it in the message field and our team will book you with the right provider at the office you choose.

Call (470) 288-9655 instead of using the form. Urgent situations are handled by phone so our team can find you the soonest available time at Buckhead, Cumming or Dawsonville. Tell whoever answers what hurts and how long it has been going on.

Yes. Add your preferred days and times to the message field on the form, and our team will work from that when they call to confirm. All three offices are open Monday to Saturday, 7am to 5pm, so there is usually more than one day that works.
